What is EduConnect?

EduConnect is a digital education marketplace for Zimbabwe. It connects students and parents with verified teachers, schools, academies and learning centres. You can search, book and pay for lessons in one place, and join group lessons, study communities and a free resource library.

How do I find the right teacher?

Filter teachers by subject, level (ECD to tertiary), exam board (ZIMSEC or Cambridge), province and availability. Each profile shows qualifications, fees and reviews from other learners, so you can choose with confidence.

Are the teachers verified?

Yes. Teachers submit their qualifications and identity documents when they register, and our team reviews them before a profile goes live. Only approved teachers can accept bookings.

Can lessons be online or in person?

Both. Depending on the teacher, you can book an online lesson, a home lesson, or a lesson at a partner school or learning centre. You can also join group lessons, which usually cost less per learner.

How do payments work?

Pay securely inside EduConnect with EcoCash, OneMoney, ZIPIT or card. Your payment is held safely, and the teacher is paid once the lesson has taken place.

Can parents manage lessons for their children?

Yes. Parents and guardians can create accounts for their children, then book lessons, make payments and follow progress. Older learners can sign up on their own with a parent's consent.

I'm a teacher. How do I join?

Download the app or sign up on the web, create your teacher profile and upload your qualifications. Once you're verified, set your subjects, fees and availability and start accepting bookings. Questions? Talk to us.
